Revelation 12:10-11 (NLT) 12:10 Then I heard a loud voice shouting across the heavens, “It has come at last— salvation and power and the Kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ. For the accuser of our brothers and sisters has been thrown down to earth— the one who accuses them before our God day and night. 11 And they have defeated him by the blood of the Lamb and by their testimony. And they did not love their lives so much that they were afraid to die.
We live in such a temporal way of thought. We only think about the “here and now.” The Bible not only tells us how to live the “here and now” but it also paints a picture of what is going to take place in eternity. In regards to our walk with God – we win. What Jesus did on the cross put the nail on the coffin of Satan and his cohorts. The blood of Jesus defeated him and took away his power in our life. We have the victory now and will ultimately see him thrown down to earth in defeat. Don’t ever underestimate the power of the blood of Christ. Christ shed His blood that you and I can live in victory both now and forever more. Praise God – we are victorious today. Say that. Believe that. Live that out in your life.
